Welcome to the Big League Experience!

Mike LaValliere and Don Robinson will oversee one of the most comprehensive Baseball Instructional facilities in the country. With over 30 years of Major League and professional baseball experience between them, athletes of all ages can benefit greatly from their knowledge of the game. Mike and Don also have over 15 years of experience in coaching youth baseball, including Little League, Babe Ruth, AAU (ages 11-18), and five years at the High School level.

“The Big League Experience” is a state-of-the-art, 14,500 sq. ft., indoor, climate-controlled facility that is conveniently located between Bradenton, Sarasota and Lakewood Ranch, Florida. Both Baseball and Fast Pitch Softball players will enjoy hitting off of six “Iron Mike” automated pitching machines and one “Jugs” machine, into seven spacious tunnels (67 ft. long, 15 ft. wide, and 14 ft. tall). There are three portable mounds - two youth and one adult size, which are available for pitching instruction in separate cages. The entire training area is covered with Astroturf. And, the hitting tunnels can be pulled back at any time to allow for team or individual fielding practice.

While you wait, you can enjoy our family and players lounge, equipped with a High Definition TV carrying the MLB Extra Innings package as well as many other of your favorite stations. Also provided will be refreshment vending machines. Just off of our entrance, and separate from the family lounge, an arcade room will be set up for the children's entertainment. We'll also continue to carry an assortment of Baseball Equipment for you usage including demo bats and helmets.

Our mission is to provide you with the highest quality instruction, in order to make you the best player that you can be. Accordingly, each individual will receive a custom-tailored program of workouts that will help to maximize their talents. And, instruction will be available to teams and individuals alike. Whether your goal is to make your local All-Star or High School Varsity team, attain a college scholarship, or perhaps to have your own “Big League Experience”, our staff will be dedicated to helping you achieve that dream.
